Makeup Revolution Eat Sleep Makeup Repeat Palette Review

Makeup Revolution have done it again! They offer such amazing affordable makeup products and their palettes are simply divine. Today I wanted to share with you one of my new favourites the Eat Sleep Makeup Repeat eye shadow palette. First things first I just adore the name and the packaging is just so bright! This pro look palette has a bright yellow outer packaging with hot pink! I just love it especially for Spring/Summer! This kit screams bright and electric and it definitely does not disappoint.

This kit costs an amazing £6.00 and can be purchased here. This kit is a dupe for the Urban Decay Electric palette! This is such an affordable product which can easily pass for a high end makeup palette! The Urban Decay Electric palette costs £38.00 so that's a saving of £32.00. Def a bargain!  

The case itself is the trademark packaging of Makeup Revolution of the rose gold and black, I love this as it is so elegant and looks beautiful displayed! So chic!

So lets get on with the shades inside the palette! This kit contains a 3 in 1 palette! There are 15 shades in total and the idea of the palette is so that you can create 3 completely different looks from one pro kit! I love the fact these shades can all be mixed and matched and can go from day to night! The shades are so buttery soft and pigmented! The colour pay off is truly amazing!

The names of all the shades really remind me of a hot summer party night! Love that about this palette and I am so inspired by all the shades in this kit! The only two shades that disappoint me slightly are the neon pink (Right Now) and yellow (Hot Track) shades which are not as pigmented as I would like! They are fairly chalky and you would need to layer this on to get a dramatic effect or use a primer in order to get maximum effect! They do offer a pop of colour but do not give the pigmentation as the other shades in the kit!

I have already filmed a Spring Ethereal Eye look using the green shades to create a pop of colour on the lower lash line. Check out that tutorial here. For swatches on the shades check them out below they are so velvety! Love them! The palette consists of four block shades for the lid, crease and outer corner plus a highlight! There are shimmery and matte shades so something for everyone in this kit! The three highlights run across the top of the kit and would also be great for the inner corner of the eye.

Overall I think the palette is stunning and the shimmery shades and highlights are worth it! I personally am disappointed with the matte neon's but for the price I am not going to complain! I would def recommend this if you want to inject some colour into your makeup collection or perhaps if you are looking to experiment with different looks! Beauty on a budget!
