I love a heel, they make me feel glamorous, put together and confident. However, being 5'11 I don't tend to reach for a pair of heels on a daily basis, as I want to feel comfortable and not towering over everyone in the office and struggling to walk. For me I save my heels for nights out with the girls or for date night.
I have become a huge fan of a lower heel for daytime, the block mid-heel or a kitten heel. A lovely reader kindly reached out as she wanted some advice for a pair of heels for her upcoming Xmas party. I shared some of my current faves with her and thought it would be a perfect idea to share this on my blog for anyone else that was looking for a similar pair of low heels, whether it be for a special occasion or just everyday wear.
I wanted to include some various options to cover all my current favourites. These include some sparkly heels which would be perfect for the holidays, some nude options which would be great neutrals and go with so many outfits, and lastly some classic colours which are a staple for your wardrobe. I also wanted to cover some different styles such as a low block heel sandal, which is easy to walk in for beginners in heels or for those who don't feel comfortable in heels, and kitten heels which gives a bit of glamour but is still manageable and a classic heel.
Which ones are your favourites?

It is important to ensure that you go for the right size so that you do not look funny on shoes that are either too big for you or too small that you can not walk properly. Hence, it is important to put a lot of considerations in the small details such as the size so that you can be comfortable flip-flops
